Q: Do you accept reservations of more than 30 days? Yes! Please reach out to us and we will help you reserve your stay.
Q: I own an apartment and would like to work with you. What’s the next step? Please reach out to us at clarissa@utopia.haus and we will start with a preliminary phone call to evaluate next steps! We look forward to working with you!
Q: Do you screen your guests? Yes. Safety is our top priority. We require identity verification and screening before any reservation is accepted.
Q: Do you accept parties? We do not accept parties at our stays, and any evidence of a party will result in immediate vacancies of the premises with no refund of your reservation.
Q: What about large groups? Please reach out to us so we can learn more about your group. Each guest must be registered in our system.
